Teri has been a Florida resident since 1996 and a licensed sales associate since 2005.

She has bought and sold several homes in South Florida and Marion County.
She and her husband bought a horse farm in Ocala, where they raised thoroughbreds for over 13 years.
During that time, she was an active member of the Ocala/Marion County Board of Realtors.

Three years ago, Teri and her husband sold their farm in Ocala and moved to Hollywood in Broward County, where they enjoy condo living on the beach. She specializes in resale and new construction condominiums in Broward and Miami-Dade Counties.
